Jack Dawson manages Technology Resource Park in Ottawa Lake, Michigan and is responsible for migrating new business opportunities, identifying and assessing emerging technologies that could disrupt Dana Corporation's current portfolio, and providing engineering services to other Dana divisions. Mr. Dawson joined Dana in 1994 as Vice President of Preferred Technical Group in Rochester Hills, Michigan. In 1996 he started an advanced technology group and began developing products and technologies in the fields of noise, electro-hydraulic power steering, microwave, and fuel cells. Mr. Dawson has worked in design and process engineering within the auto industry for more than 30 years with General Motors, Ford, Volkswagen, and the Tier 1 supply base. He received his mechanical engineering degree from General Motors Institute (Kettering) in 1970.
