David Halt

Dr. Halt is the Senior Technical Fellow, Simulation Based Design Visteon Corporation, responsible for simulation based design activities including development and global deployment at the Climate Control Division of Visteon Corporation. Dr. Halt has been with Visteon and Ford Motor Company for the last eleven years. Prior to that, he worked for fourteen years at McDonnell Douglas Aerospace. He has published several papers in computational fluid dynamics.
Dr. Halt also holds three patents related to heat exchangers. He is a member of ASME and AIAA and has served on several technical committees. Dr. Halt earned a Doctor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Washington University in St. Louis, a Master of Science degree in Aerospace Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Science degree in Aerospace Engineering from Purdue University.
