Bala Holalkere

Bala Holalkere heads up the NVH design competency center at Arctic Cat Inc. He is responsible for ensuring that corporate products (snowmobiles) meet sound regulatory audits and that the products in general (snowmobiles and ATVs) meet customer expectations in terms of the noise and vibration comfort attributes. In addition, Mr. Holalkere is responsible for deploying advanced simulation technologies to address product fatigue and lifecycle for Arctic products. His industry experience spans over 20 years mainly in the field of NVH. Mr. Holalkere’s previous experience includes NVH positions at CNH Global, TRW, Ford and Chrysler prior to joining Arctic Cat in 2002.

Mr. Holalkere holds a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
