Timetable
The conference timetable is organized into two tracks which run in parallel.
You may find it helpful to review the timetable prior to the conference
to determine which sessions will be most valuable for you to attend. An
up-to-date timetable (printer-friendly version available) can be viewed

Conference Format
This conference is organized to maximize your participation in the agenda
and ensure that you have ample time and opportunity to network with presenters
and other attendees and to meet with participating software developer
and hardware manufacturer Co-sponsors in their breakout rooms and exhibit
areas. Presentations will be followed by interviews of speakers by Daratech
moderators. These will be followed by give-and-take exchanges of views
between speakers and the audience in which you will be invited to pose
questions and offer your opinions.
Location & Hotel
daratechiDPS AUTO2003 takes place at The Hilton Novi, 21111 Haggerty
Road, Novi, Michigan. Situated approximately 30 miles from Detroit, the
Hilton Novi is located at I-275 at the 8 Mile exit. The hotel offers exceptional
dining and proximity to many tourist attractions. The Hilton Novi is adjacent
to some uniquely styled shopping malls as well as historic sites.

Ground Transportation
Multiple transportation companies offer taxi service from the Detroit
Metro Airport to the Hilton Novi hotel. If you would like to pre-arrange
transportation, the following companies will take pre-bookings up to 24
hours prior to your arrival and will have a driver waiting for you at
the airport with your name on a sign:

Conference Apparel
Dress is business casual. (While senior-level presenters
often wear business suits, many attendees dress more casually i.e.
without jackets or ties. To check temperature and weather before packing,
visit

Badges For security purposes, please note that all attendees will be required
to provide a business card and present a photo I.D. to receive a conference
registration badge. Thank you in advance for your understanding.
If you have already paid your conference registration
fee, simply visit the conference registration desk and find your place
at check-inlines are organized alphabetically by last name -- to
pick up your badge and conference materials.
If you have not already paid your conference registration
fee, please visit the conference registration area with full payment for
your registration fee. Badges will not be distributed without payment.
Please note that purchase orders are not acceptable on site. We urge you
to pre-pay your conference registration fee for fastest check-in on-site.
Badges are required for all conference activities
including general sessions, breakout sessions, all meals and coffee breaks,
exhibits and sponsored social events. If you lose your badge, please notify
us immediately. Replacement badges are available for a fee at the registration
desk.
The registration desk will be open from 4:00 p.m.
to 8:00 p.m., Sunday, June 8, and from 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Monday,
June 9.
On-site Communication Any calls that come in for you through the registration desk will
be posted on a message board in the registration area. Please make a point
of checking the message board from time-to-time to be certain you do not
miss any important communications. If you would like to leave a cell phone
number or other number where you can be reached, please let us know at
the time of registration. We would be happy to provide your phone number
