Biography

Alex Serrano has worked with Raytheon for 10 years. He has worked in the Mechanical Engineering Automation group for the past seven years, providing process improvements, technical support, and system administration for Mechanical Engineering applications. Serrano has lead the Raytheon Pro/ENGINEER Modeling Standards Team for four years. He has participated for five years in technical committees through PTC/USER to drive Pro/ENGINEER future technologies and is currently vice-chair for the Core Modeling technical committee. Serrano is currently the technical lead for a Raytheon-wide 3D Visualization tool trade study. He received his B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Texas A&M University and received an MBA from the University of Texas at Dallas with a focus in Management of Information Systems. He was recently chosen for the Raytheon Systems Engineering Technical Development Program.
