Jerry Barnes is a principal vice president with Bechtel Corporation. He is currently the CIO for the Power and Telecoms Global Business Units, which are headquartered in Frederick, Maryland. Prior to this assignment, Mr. Barnes was the CIO for the Bechtel North America Region. He has worked for Bechtel for twenty three years. Mr. Barnes earned an undergraduate degree in economics from Houston Baptist University, and an MBA in international business from Our Lady of the Lake in San Antonio.
