Stephen Halderman is an IT business solutions lead focusing on maintenance and operations applications. In this role he leads efforts to implement and improve software applications for the engineering, projects, operations, and maintenance organizations. Mr. Halderman has been in the IT organization of Lyondell/Equistar for the last two years, serving first as ERP configuration owner for PM and PS before becoming a business solutions lead. His prior experience is as a senior engineer for Lyondell/Equistar in the polymers area. Before joining Lyondell/Equistar he worked for Eastman Chemical Company at its Texas Eastman Plant as a process improvement engineer in the Oxo Aldehyde and Synthesis Gas areas. Mr. Halderman is a 1992 graduate of Lamar University with a BSChE degree.
