Abstract

The Focus of Lifecycle Data
As part of Eastman Chemical Company's globalization efforts, we developed an asset management system which provides centralized plant asset data to be used by multiple groups for managing consistent compliance programs and providing analysis of equipment reliability. This presentation discusses Eastman's development effort, the challenges involved with collecting and managing legacy data, and the benefits of having this data available for operations, maintenance and reliability personnel.
