Keith Cowan is currently Project IT Manager in Bechtel’s Oil, Gas, and Chemicals global business unit. He has been with Bechtel since 2002, specializing in the Lifecycle Information Management area, and has written several internal process guidelines on the subject. Keith has over 26 years total experience in facility operations and maintenance, management consulting, engineering and project environmental management, plant design, information management systems, and strategic business planning. His fields of experience include petrochemical manufacturing, refining, oil and gas production/distribution, fossil power, and utilities systems. Keith holds a B.S. degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Missouri – Rolla.
