Tom U. Hannigan is Vice President of the Industrial Services Division of Zachry Construction Corporation. During his career, Tom has accumulated numerous years of engineering and management experience, first with Conoco Oil Company and later as Executive Vice President of Texas Eastern Products Pipeline Company. He has been with Zachry Construction Corporation going on nine years and both offices and resides in San Antonio, Texas. Hannigan graduated from the U.S. Military Academy, West Point in 1970 with a Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering. He also has received a Masters in Business Financial Management from George Washington University, Washington, D.C.
