Charles Wood is Project Manager for the FIATECH Smart Chips and LifeCycle Data Management projects. He has authored or co-authored seven different FIATECH publications addressing current developments and issues in capital facility technology. Prior to FIATECH, Wood spent over 20 years in capital project development planning and execution. Working for both owner and contractor organizations, in senior level management functions he lead teams managing several world-class industrial development projects valued over four billion dollars. Wood has a BS degree in Construction Technology from University of Houston, MBA and Master of Accounting degrees from Rice University, and Master of Science in Science and Technology Commercialization from the University of Texas at Austin.
