As the global technical training director at the Applied Technologies Group of Baker Energy, Mr. Harvey is responsible for all major training, procedure and data migration projects. With a distinguished career spanning over twenty six years in the oil and gas industry, Mr. Harvey has designed, developed and implemented every type of operations and maintenance training, and procedure program. A specialist in the development of high-end multimedia training applications, Mr. Harvey has gained a wealth of experience at Shell, Mobil and as the manager of his own training consultancy business. A trademark of his process is an interactive integrated virtual training environment for acclimating employees to a new work environment before arriving at the facility.
