Jere Schneck has 32 years of experience at Air Products, all of which have been in the global engineering organization. Throughout his career, Mr. Schneck has held numerous positions in engineering management including leading various strategic change initiatives. Mr. Schneck currently serves as director of the Asset Creation Engineering Services department and is the global engineering functional manager for design engineering. The Asset Creation Engineering Services department enhances workforce productivity by delivering work processes, continuous improvement events, engineering automation/IT and quality management essential for cost effective asset creation and lifecycle management. As director, Mr. Schneck provides the following enterprise-wide capabilities: work process management and improvement; computer-based IT technology delivery and support; continuous improvement tools and tactics; change management process deployment; quality management system; engineering standards; engineering supplier data; global supply management support; and design engineering functional excellence. Mr. Schneck holds a BS in mechanical engineering from Lafayette College.
