Abstract

The presentation will explain how Alcatel Alenia Space uses MVP solutions in a complete cycle of satellite design and manufacturing, from early engineering to final part assembly using engineer-to-order (ETO) business process management.

It will show the savings provided by MVP solutions and how these solutions lead to a better understanding of product, process, and system needs from end customer to workshop operator.
