Toshiaki Mase is the President of Digital Process Ltd. Mr. Mase has mainly engaged in systematizing operations in the engineering field since he joined Nissan Motor Co., Ltd, in 1967. He was responsible for the development and management of CAD-I (for designing), CAD-II (for development of automobiles, currently αCAD-II) and other 3D CAD/CAM systems for Nissan Motor and Nissan group parts suppliers.

As the President of Digital Process Ltd., Mr. Mase has aggressively promoted development and improvement of software solutions and services which support the shift to digital processing in the engineering field.

In 1996, Mr. Mase was appointed chairman of the Motor Vehicle CALS (V-CALS) Industry Forum, a program of the Ministry of International Trade and Industry that aimed to establish the next generation business process in the automobile industry.

In 2003, he received the "Design and Systems Achievement Award" from the Design and Systems Division of the Japan Society of Mechanical Engineers.
