Andrew Meyer

Mr. Meyer has over 20 years of senior marketing and management experience with software and technology-based companies. He joined MSC Software from Worksoft, where he served as vice president of marketing. During his tenure there, he successfully led product strategy, product management as well as marketing communications. Prior to Worksoft, Andrew spent four years at Websense as their vice president of marketing where, as a senior member of the management team, he helped them to become the dominant leader in their market—growing revenue from $17 million in 1999 to more than $110 million in 2003. His tenure also included the introduction of a business model that led to one of the most successful IPOs of 2000. His prior experience includes serving as vice president and general manager of the manufacturing systems division and vice president product marketing for Epicor Software. Andrew was also the director of product marketing at Sales Technologies and Scientific-Atlanta. Mr. Meyer began his career as a mechanical engineer for McDermott International. He holds a master’s degree in business administration from the University of New Orleans and a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
