Hideyuki Tanaka is the manager for Computer Integrated Systems at the Tochigi R&D Center at Honda. Prior to this, Tanaka controlled design changes and E-BOM and worked on a collaboration project with Rover for two years in the UK. After returning from the UK, Tanaka developed BOM and new E-BOM systems and organized the digital mockup group. As manager of the PLM system department, Tanaka’s responsibility is to drive Honda to the new PLM world.
